From shared workspaces, private offices, custom build-out opportunities, and premium service options, there is no need too small or too big.

Navigate offers a variety of workspaces designed to accommodate the needs of companies of all sizes and stages. All shared workplaces include access to common areas such as cafés, meeting rooms, lounges, and wellness rooms. These workspaces include:

  • Virtual Office: An address for your business, plus conference room access twice per month.
  • Community Access: Work from our shared common areas every day, plus private conference room access once a week
  • Private Office: A private office or suite for your team
  • Furnished Office: A private office or suite for your team – fully-furnished and move-in ready.
  • Custom Office: Office with build out opportunities to ensure your

Members have 24/7 access to their office and most locations are staffed by Community Managers and Operations Associates Monday — Friday from 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM.

Services & Amenities

Services and amenities vary from location to location, and all employees can enjoy access to a wellness room, lounge, and other common areas, members also receive a wide array of complimentary services and amenities, including:

Each location is staffed Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM by a Property Management team. Community Access locations are also staffed by a Community Manager and Operations Associate(s). Highly-professional and expertly trained in hospitality and customer experience, our team is dedicated to delivering members a great day at work and ensuring their space runs smoothly.

Parking varies based on the building and location. To see if an office solution offers on-site parking, view the location page’s “Amenities” section.

All of office offering can be furnished based on your needs. Our private and furnished offices come with a standard furniture layout as part of the standard agreement. Our team can help you with your furniture needs for any custom office or furniture needs above and beyond the standard offerings.

We offer offices that range from month-to-month commitments to multiyear terms.  Depending on the size and needs of your company, we can recommend the best solution for your team.

The Passport Program allows you access to various workspaces, conference rooms, rooftops, fitness centers, and other amenity spaces throughout the portfolio.  Booking and use of these spaces can be reserved directly through our Passport App, which you will have access to once you are a tenant.

All of our office options come with access to a variety of different conference room options.  Depending on your office set up, you may have a private conference room for your team or access to shared conference room in one of our amenity spaces.  All conference rooms can be booked in advance through our mobile app or web portal.

Any of our short-term office rentals come with free high speed WiFi and access to ethernet ports. If you have specific IT needs for your company, we can work with you to figure out a custom set-up that fits your requirements.
